CM Hasselt Headquarters

With the new CM Limburg headquarters in Hasselt, De Klerck Engineering created a future-proof, flexible, and healthy office building. The approximately 16,500 m² campus connects four compact office volumes via a central plinth and walkways.

Our multidisciplinary team was responsible for structural stability, building services, EPB reporting, and commissioning. We adopted a holistic approach in accordance with the strict criteria of BREEAM and the WELL Building Standard. Thanks to extensive daylight, solar radiation, and acoustic simulations, we optimized the curtain walls and indoor comfort.

The building operates entirely without fossil fuels through the use of air-to-water heat pumps, PV panels, climate ceilings, and advanced ventilation with heat recovery wheels. This results in a remarkably low E-level of 45 and a stimulating work environment with a strong connection to the adjacent Demerpark.
