Help build our mission

As a multidisciplinary engineering firm, we translate complex construction projects into well-thought-out, feasible and sustainable solutions. We carry out structural studies, design energy-efficient technical installations and follow up on their realisation, in close cooperation with the client and the architect.

At De Klerck Engineering, we look beyond the current function of a building: we design installations in such a way that they can easily be adapted if the building’s use changes later on. That is how we arrive at solutions that make a difference, today and in the future.

Step by step towards the right match

No endless application procedure here: we keep it informal and personal. Because in the end, it’s all about one thing: the right match, in both directions. You need to feel at home here, and we need to believe in what you have to offer.

Getting to know each other

We start with a first conversation with our HR manager, by phone or online, whichever suits you best. We listen to what you are looking for and tell you what we expect from you.

Follow-up interview

Is there a click? Then a second interview follows with our HR manager and the lead of the department you would join. Here we explore your motivation and technical knowledge. Your future direct colleague also joins (part of) the conversation, because a good click with the team is just as important.

Proposal

Do we decide to continue together? Then you will receive a contract proposal from us.

Welcome!

We go over the proposal, discuss any wishes or questions and sign the contract. Welcome aboard!
