Preparation

Required:

  • Annual consumption of all energy sources
  • Building floor area and occupancy rate
  • For Scope 3: HR data on travel and commuting

  • CO₂ footprint for Scope 1 and Scope 2 (location-based and market-based)
  • Optional Scope 3: commuting, business travel, waste
  • Base report in accordance with the GHG Protocol, suitable for CSRD and ESG

Recommendations

  • KPIs: tCO₂/year, kgCO₂/m², kgCO₂/FTE
  • Comparison with industry averages and benchmarks
  • Brief indication of reduction potential as a first step toward implementing measures
